KabaFusion
METCON built out a 6000 Sq Ft office plus lab and clean room project for our client KabaFusion at ’The Arbor’ building in Pleasanton. Over the course of 12 weeks, the construction scope involved demolishing the existing office and warehouse space and converting it to a new high tech pharmaceutical lab. Improvements performed by METCON included new walls, ceiling, lighting, mechanical, plumbing, doors, casework, generator backed circuits, and finishes. The clean room is a state of the art modular unit with class 1,000 classification.
Crumbl Cookies San Ramon
Crumbl Cookies reached out to METCON to build their first retail location in the Bay Area. The space was chosen in San Ramon and turned out beautifully on a quick timeline, remaining on budget. The space spans 3000 square feet and has quality retail storefront amenities for guests and employees. Finishes make the storefront pop in this upscale shopping center. “Since opening its doors in 2017, Crumbl has expanded to over 200 bakeries in 32 states nationwide, making it the fastest-growing cookie company in the nation.” Try them and you’ll be hooked. (We sure are! Nom nom nom!)

Remodel and build-out in the high-rise Emeryville Towers building in the Bay Street neighborhood. Adamas Pharmaceuticals build-out included more than 15,0000 sf of common areas, collaborative spaces, meeting/conference rooms, kitchen space and private offices. Thomas Doll Office
Remodel and build-out on the ground floor of a low rise office building in the Walnut Creek Shadelands Business Park. The tenant build-out for Thomas Doll included more than 12,000 sf of common areas, collaborative spaces, meeting/conference rooms, kitchen space and private offices. Thomas Doll specializes in dental and medical professional Tax, Retirement, and Wealth Management
Inscripta
Construction of clean rooms and wet labs including MEP coordination for clean room tools and equipment. Design, coordination and installation process piping and equipment for DI water systems, Compressed air, Nitrogen and CO2 systems to enable Inscripta to continue to pioneer the engineering of the digital human genome.
Big House Beans
Construction of a Coffee shop and cafe with an indoor and outdoor seating area. The project included back of the house restaurant infrastructure building to health department code and compliance. Structural engineering and waterproofing to create a flexible indoor and outdoor seating area made possible by a Nanawall glass door system

20,000 SF Renovation of 55 hotel rooms, common areas, site work, ADA upgrades and fitness center.
Latham Square
Construction in a building built in 1927 takes special skills and expertise. Metcon was part of a team that resurrected a legendary building. Seismic retrofits in an occupied, historical high rise can be disruptive and destructive. This repositioning project tested our abilities in problem solving, team work and outside the box thinking. The project included tenant improvements in a historical building, reconstruction of occupied spaces post seismic retrofitting, common area improvements, building utility upgrades, exterior renovations, abating of hazardous materials, bringing in HVAC systems, and parking garage work.
