METCON performed to deliver just that. Scope of work included a warehouse tenant improvement in Oakland to provide an ISO Class 7 Clean Room, Building Sitework, Structural Retrofitting, Break Area, Restrooms, Office Space, and Prep rooms.

HDR Walnut Creek

Tenant improvement of a full floor buildout for HDR, a global engineering and architectural services firm. METCON worked hand in hand with the Landlord and client to execute the corporate office space buildout. Heavy use of glass wall and sleek design from the client’s internal design team provided an airy and light filled office space. It set the stage for the staff to showcase their best work and collaborate with clientele.

Concord Corporate Center

Located at 1320-1390 Willow Pass Road in Concord, California, this multi-tenant office complex consists of two Class A institutional-quality assets totaling 347,000 square feet.

The 7-story One Corporate Centre was built in 1985 and the adjoining 10-story Two Corporate Centre was built in 1987. Concord Corporate Centre is EPA Energy Star Labeled for superior energy and environmental performance. High quality improvements, flexible floor plans, and excellent visibility have allowed Concord Corporate Centre to consistently enjoy strong occupancy and tenant demand.

METCON has performed tenant improvements on every floor of each building over the span of 5 years. Ranging from Market Ready work, Restrooms, Corridors upgrades, Lobby Upgrades, Amenity Upgrades. and tenant buildouts.

Glastone Clinic

METCON preformed the following scope for Owner-Occupier Gladstone Clinic in upscale suburb Blackhawk CA

METCON performed the following:
Demolished existing space on 2 floors.

New Conference Rooms, Meeting Rooms, Library, Offices, Phone Room, Work Rooms, Storage area, Break Room, and open office area.

Upgraded electrical and lighting systems.

Upgraded HVAC Control and Distribution systems including ductwork, supply and return, diffusers, zones, t-stats.

New finishes throughout.

Peloton Warehouse

Performed tenant improvements in a large scale distribution warehouse for Peloton, a national fitness equipment and exercise brand. Scope included construction of a 2 story interior building and mezzanine within the warehouse. The interior building included meeting rooms, restrooms, break area, and private offices.

Tekion Headquarters

Performed Tenant improvements for Tekion – an automotive dealer software company started by Tesla’s former CIO.

Wrike Headquarters

Tenant Improvement for Wrike software to create their new Headquarters in downtown San Jose.

KabaFusion

METCON built out a 6000 Sq Ft office plus lab and clean room project for our client KabaFusion at ’The Arbor’ building in Pleasanton. Over the course of 12 weeks, the construction scope involved demolishing the existing office and warehouse space and converting it to a new high tech pharmaceutical lab. Improvements performed by METCON included new walls, ceiling, lighting, mechanical, plumbing, doors, casework, generator backed circuits, and finishes. The clean room is a state of the art modular unit with class 1,000 classification.
